The Hank Aaron State Trail is a popular trail in Milwaukee that is used for walking, running, cycling, and in-line skating. It is named after Hank Aaron, one of the most famous baseball players of all time. This beautiful trail starts by Lake Michigan in Lakeshore State Park and then continues alongside the Menomonee River through historic areas of Milwaukee. In addition to providing visitors with a great way to explore the natural beauty of Milwaukee, the trail is located near several local landmarks, including the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Pettit National Ice Center, and Discovery World.
