A former showroom for tombstones and mausoleums dating back to 1865, the historic Finney & Son building for the past few years has been know as the Philadelphia Mausoleum of Contemporary Art, a showcase for the fashion, film and music industries.
The Mausoleum's mission is to encourage and sustain new, provocative, alternative art forms at minimal cost to the patron.

Hosting over 250 events per year, the Mausoleum is best known for its film premieres, concerts, burlesque performances, recording sessions, and fashion shows.
