10 Tips for Work Life Balance

As a working mom,  trying to get that work life balance is so important. Parent’s magazine has 10 tips to help you balance your life and stress less. 

  The Working Mom Balancing Act

1.       Schedule me time

2.       Make a list

3.       Share the chores

4.       Schedule “we” time with your spouse

5.       Make technology work for you  check your emails on your cell  at the ball games

6.       Form a support group to help carpool etc

7.       Don’t over schedule your kids

8.       Exercise

9.       Rethink the  budget

10.   Cut yourself some slack

I do as well! Good advice we will need sometimes :)
