15 Minute Cheeseburger Rice
I just remembered this 15 minute recipe that I haven't made in a while. My family really enjoyed it last night. Quick, simple, easy. Brown a pound of beef or ground turkey and drain. Add ketchup and mustard to taste, and a few chopped up pickles if desired. (I use capers). Crumbled bacon if desired to taste.
Add 1 3/4 cups water and bring to boil. Add 2 cups minute rice and 1 cup cheddar or American cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes. Stir and eat. Yummy and kid friendly.
