Baby Laundry Detergent
Back when my kids were babies, I used Dreft on all of their clothes. I'm not sure if Seventh Generation had their baby laundry detergent on the market at the time, but I've been using their products for a few years now and I love them.
Seventh Generation is an eco friendly company that makes natural, bio degradable products. I use all of their products religiously, and I've tested their baby laundry detergent just to see how well it work and was really impressed.
Most parents feel that it's important to use soaps that are free of fragrances and dyes on their babies clothing because a baby's skin is very sensitive. Seventh Generation takes it a step further as they make a product that is not only completely free of dyes and fragrances, it's also completely bio degradable and is safe for septic and grey water systems. It's also economical, at under $7.00 for enough to wash 16 loads. That's quite close to the Dreft that I used to use and I feel better about using this product because it's eco friendly. On top of all that, it's a high efficiency product, which means that it's made to also be used in front-loading washing machines.
The company clearly states exactly what ingredients are in all of their products, including their baby laundry detergent, which makes me feel better about using them.
Try the Seventh Generation Baby Laundry Detergent on your babies clothes - I think you'll be impressed. And for the rest of the family, check out their other eco friendly products. They are expanding their line all the time and remain one of my very favorite eco friendly companies.
