Beer Bread Recipe
Here is a 5-minute recipe for beer bread that my whole family loved last night. Easy and yummy!
Preheat oven to 375. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. In bowl, mix 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 tbs sugar,1 tbs baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and whisk together. Slowly pour in 12 oz. beer. Mix with rubber spatula until a lumpy batter forms. Pour into loaf pan. Melt 2 tbs. butter and pour over the top. Bake 55 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 15 minutes, then let cool 20 minutes out of pan. Watch it disappear.
