Broccoli Cheddar Rice Casserole
A friend just served me a broccoli cheddar rice casserole, and this is the recipe she gave me. I can't wait to try it-even my husband ate it and the kids loved it too.
Make Campbell's Broccoli Cheddar soup and bring to boil. Add 2 cups of Minute Rice and some fresh chopped broccoli to taste. Mix and let stand covered 5 minutes. If desired, add a cup or more of cubed cooked chicken or turkey. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with as much shredded cheddar as desired. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
