Cauliflower Your Kids Will Love (You, Too)
My wife has been making this recipe for years and it's a hit with both children and adults. It's simple to make and you can do a low cal version of the white sauce by using 2% milk if you want. While the idea of having hard boiled eggs in it might sound unusual (it is), the entire combination works marvelously. Whenever we serve this, the grand kids don't want to eat anything else on their plate.
I medium size cauliflower, prepared, or 16 oz frozen, cooked and drained.

Hi Denise, If you're using fresh cauliflower, be sure you have trimmed and steamed it to your liking before adding it to the recipe. 30 minutes of baking will not cook it all the way through.
What does "prepared" mean? (medium size cauliflower, prepared, or 16 oz frozen...)
