Cooking Light magazine
Cooking Light is a great magazine for both healthy recipes and tips for keeping yourself and your family healthy. I have been subscribing for almost fifteen years, and I am still amazed at how many great recipes I get out of each issue. The recipes work, cooking times are accurate, and they taste great, too. They also give all the nutritional info for each recipe. There is a Superfast section, for quick dinners, and menus for larger groups. And there is always really helpful info on exercise, diet and health concerns, addressed specifically to women. For subscribers, you get online access to their recipe database, which goes back at least ten years. Pick up an issue – you won’t be disappointed!
