Most kids are not fond of vegetables but there is a way to make some they might enjoy and it's very easy. Mix two cans or packages of vegetable with your favorite dip. A jar of dip will do 2 cans or you can use half a jar with one. Mix onion dip with green beans, broccoli, or carrots. Add a cheese dip to broccoli or onions. The possibilities and combinations are endless. I made an onion dip and green bean mix and it was great. Use a dip with bits of tomato in it for added color and your kids will enjoy their veggies again. Sprinkle with a few crushed potato chops and it becomes fun and festive.
