Fit Day is a great website for helping you keep track on your path to weight loss and general fitness. The site offers free and upgraded pay version. But even the free version offers a daily food journal, food tracker, nutrition and daily overview, weight tracker, activities, goal tracker, and even moods so you can see how you felt from day to day. This has been a great tool for me and incredibly helpful for me.
