Ginger Tea for Colds

My friend told me about this a few years ago, and I was amazed at how delicious and effective it was. Just get some fresh ginger root. Slice or cube a little bit, maybe a quarter teaspoon or so, and steep in boiling water. After 3 or 4 minutes, add sugar or honey to taste and drink. Watch out, it's spicy! But it is yummy and if you have any chest or head congestion, it will clear it right up, while also comforting you with warmth.d
