Great Tasting Healthy Recipes for Family & Kids...

This site has some delicious healthy kid friendly recipes such as almond crusted chicken fingers, homemade fish sticks, pizza, loaded twice-baked potatoes (274 calories!!!!!), and sloppy joes. They also have great recipes for side dishes and desserts. Most of the recipes have been rated and many of the comments offer suggestions to improve the recipe or suggest a new way to jazz it up.

If you browse the entire site you'll find a lot of other resources that list recipes considered diabetes appropriate, or low cholesteral, low sodium, heart healthy, high fiber and so on. For example, King Ranch Casserole is considered High Calcium, Healthy Weight, Heart Healthy, Low Saturated Fat, Low Cholesteral, High Fiber and Diabetes Appropriate. On top of that, from the comments section it appears to be easy to make and very tasty.
