Halloween Candy Count

With Halloween quickly approaching, moms everywhere are hitting the stores for candy to hand out to trick or treaters.   For a quick claorie count of some of the more popular candy selections check out this Halloween Candy Calorie Chart.   As you can see, it only takes a very small amount of treat to tip the calorie scale.  I plan to think twice before popping that small fun size candy bar into my mouth.
