Homemade biscuits in a snap

Here's a simple (just four ingredients!) recipe for yummy biscuits perfect for breakfast or dinner.  Bake some up quick and enjoy!  Or use the dough to make indian fry bread...so good with butter and honey!! 

Preheat oven to 375.  Grease cookie sheet.  Mix together the following:  4 cups flour, 8 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons salt.  Slowly add in 2 cups milk.  Mix and knead until dough forms a nice big ball.  Form 12 round discs 1/2 in to 1 in thick, place on greased cookie sheet.  Bake 22-25 min. 

If using dough for indian fry bread, stretch discs like you would pizza dough.  Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown one each side.
