How to Trick Yourself into Eating Healthy - 'Deceptivel...

Here's a new way to look at the book, 'Deceptively Delicious'...

Perhaps, if you're one of those few people who may not like vegetables, or you don't get all the vegetable servings that are recommended in a day, you could use the recipes in 'Deceptively Delicious' as a nutrional shortcut.

You wouldn't exactly be fooling yourself into eating vegetables, but perhaps you could make them more palatable and appealing by putting them into something you would more readily eat like... 

Bodacious Brownies

1 regular sized box of brownies for 9 X 13 pan

1 can of beans (not baked beans, but black or navy beans will do)

puree can of beans in blender, then add to brownie mix, mix together and bake according to directions on brownie box

*no other ingredients are needed for delicious tasting brownies

By the way, this recipe passed with flying colors when my husband unknowingly sampled the leftover mix from the stirring spoon and did not comment at all about any strange flavor or texture!
