This a very fresh and summery recipe to make. Great for those grilling days or just as a brunch quick recipe. Hope everyone enjoys eating and making some mango salsa for themselves! Mango and salsa might sound a little odd at first, but do not knock it until you try it.
Mango Salsa works great as an appetizer served with -tortilla chips, bagel chips, or any toasted bread of choice. It can also make a great garnishment for seafood, lamb, or chicken. Get the recipe ingredients and how to make it at the "Life As It Is" blog. The picture made my mouth water and I just could not wait to make it and try it for myself. It did not disappoint either.
I made this recipe and used it on lamb. It was wonderful and it was a healthy alternative to a calorie ridden cream sauce. The recipe uses olive oil, fruits and vegetables...which makes it very healthy and calorie friendly. I enjoyed making the recipe so much that I wanted to share it. The directions are easy to follow and the ingredients are not that costly. The mango adds a very fresh addition to traditional salsa. I also do not like hot foods, so I typically do not eat salsa, but this allowed me to enjoy some fresh mango salsa.
I also liked the fact that I could find other recipes on the blog and the Mango Salsa recipe had links that I could check out other interesting recipes.
