Oh So Good Cheese Stuffed Shells

This recipe is a surefire pleaser at our house, everyone from my husband to my toddler loves it!  When these flavors mix and the cheese gets all gooey this classic dish is mmmmmm...yummy!!

1 box Jumbo Shell Pasta

2 c ricotta cheese

2 c shredded Italian cheese plus extra for topping

1 1/2 T minced garlic

2 T shredded basil

2 T oregano

3/4 lb ground beef, browned

1 c shredded spinach

homemade or store bought pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Boil shells in salted water until al dente.  Drain pasta and set aside.  Mix garlic, herbs, cheeses, ground beef and spinach in a bowl.  I do this by hand like you might with meatloaf because I feel like everything gets more evenly distributed.  Season w/ salt and pepper.  Spoon a little of the sauce on the bottom of a cake pan, just enough to cover the bottom.  Spoon filling into pasta and arrange in pan.  Cover w/ remaining sauce and top with extra cheese.  Bake at 375 for 20-25 min until the cheese on top is bubbly.  Enjoy!
