Quick and Easy baked fish
I have a quick and easy recipe for baked fish. I used cod fillets but I am sure this would taste fine with any other white fish.
Ingredients: any kind of white fish fillet, italian dressing, italian bread crumbs or Stove Top stuffing mix (either one will work).
Heat oven to 425 and while oven is heating up, spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and coat each fish fillet in the dressing then coat in the breadcrumbs (or stuffing mix). Bake uncovered for 15-20 mins or until fish is all white in the middle and flakes easily with a fork.
That's it. It's a very light flavor and if you want more of a crunchy coating then I recommend using the stuffing mix instead. My kids loved it.
