Shakeology Meal Replacement Shake
A couple of months ago, a friend of mine told me about a meal replacement shake that he was using. He couldn't say enough good things about this shake. I was all set to try it - and then I heard it was $119.85 for a 30-day supply. I guess that's not really that much money, but I'm a single mom and I don't spend a lot of money on myself if I can help it. So $4 a day for a meal replcement shake sounded like a lot.
To make a long story short, he let me try some of his, and then I started researching the ingredients and what other people were saying about the shake and I kind of got sold. I've been using Shakeology for three months now and I love it. I've got more energy than I've ever had - which is saying a lot because I sleep, on average, 5 hours a night. My digestive system is, well, a lot more regular than it's been in recent memory - and I know that I'm getting nutrients that I was probably missing before given my eating habits.
Before I bought it, I actually took a list of ingredients and nutritional information with me to my yearly doctor's visit and after he looked them over, he told me it looked to be a solid product. At that point I was sold. And when I thought about it, $4 a day wasn't really that bad either. I mean, I easily spend $4 on a Starbucks latte or breakfast from the drive-through at McDonalds, so spending that much a day on my health wasn't really a big deal - it just seemed like a lot because I had to do it all at once.
Anyway, the point is, if you're trying to lose weight, or add nutrients to your diet, or you just want more energy on a daily basis, Shakeology is definitely worth a try. You can read more about it here, or watch a video of what doctors are saying about it here.
