These 8 foods have one thing in common, their advetising campaigns are excellent!  Effective advertising makes consumers put these foods into their shopping baskets day after day.  I consider myself nutritionally savvy, but I have been buying a couple of foods on the list regularly.  Learn more about the 8 sneaky foods that look healthy, but actually are not in this article, and how to sidestep them with healthier alternatives.
