I just remembered this recipe the other night-"souper" easy and "souper" fast. Make your favorite cream soup as directed on the label. If you can afford Campbell's Healthy Request soups, they are really good and much lower in fat, calories and sodium. Bring the soup to a boil and stir in 2 cups of Minute Rice, but buy the store brand-it's just as good. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve. It's creamy and yummy and quick and easy.
We call this Can Can Rice. A can of soup, a can of milk, & a can of instant rice. Easy measurements for kids to remember. It is really good using cream of chicken soup as a side to any chicken dish instead of potatoes. Eileen Q
