Soy Flour Pancakes
A different kind of pancake that is tasty and nutritious:
1/4 Cup each: Soy Flour, Flax Seed Meal, Whole Wheat Flour, Unbleached White Flour
2/3 Cup Regular Soy Milk
1-1/2 T Baking Powder
1 Large Egg
1 T Vegetable Oil
After mixing all of the ingredients pour dollar size onto a hot greased griddle and watch them rise. Adding fresh fruit when serving makes them even tastier. Serves 2-3.
