The tent sale is held twice every year. It is held at a remote location near Santa's Village, not at the main store (learned the hard way). Their summer stock is sold from just after the 4th of July for about a week and a half. The second sale starts about the 2nd weekend in August and runs through the 4th weekend. The second sale is mostly winter items with some leftovers from summer sale. We always combine our visit to the tent sale with our trip to Santa's Village.
