Tips for Helping Kids Create Travel Journals

Encouraging kids to create a journal while they are on vacation is a great way to engage them in a new destination and create lasting trip memories.  Even toddlers can have fun creating journals through drawing or saving tidbits and treats from the road.  School age kids and older is the perfect time to start a family vacation tradition around journaling.

Dana Rebman writes for Ciao Bambino and has traveled with her kids around they world.  Now 9 and 11, her girls already have journals from China, Japan, France, Switzerland, England, and Ireland, to name a few countries they've explored together.  Dana outlined tips for creating kid-friendly travel journals on our blog today - http://www.ciaobambino.com/ciaobambinoblog/index.php/2009/10/travelin-tales/. These are great tips!
