Whole Grains for Taste and Health
The more you can avoid white flour and bread, the better it is for your diet and overall health. You can get more fiber in your diet by eating whole grains (and not just through whole wheat bread). This great site called The Whole Grains Council can help you find whole grain foods and better understand their health benefits. We all know kids can be picky eaters, so look at some of the creative recipes at the site so that you can slip more fiber into their diets.
