Create gorgeous folded paper butterflies in three simple steps with this easy to follow exciting paper craft. You won't believe how little artists transform a simple piece of paper into a work of art in just minutes. Experiment with different sized templates and different color designed paper. Materials Needed

  • Scrapbook paper
  • Pipe cleaner
  • Pencil
  • Cardboard
  • Scissors

How to Make It

  1. Trace a square shape overlapping a circle onto a piece of cardboard and cut it out for a template. Trace this pattern onto a piece of decorative scrap booking paper and cut it out.
  2. Fold the paper in small accordion style pleats.
  3. Tie your pipe cleaner around the center of the folded paper leaving two ends sticking up for antennae.
