Activity Overview
Art Beast is essentially a studio and space where children can come with their parents to practice art and discover their creative side. It provides children with a wonderful freedom to explore and experiment; to find approaches that suit them through their own discovery.All kinds of talents are catered for in an environment that will aid your child's development and gives you a chance to connect with them on a deeper level.
Things to Do
- A great variety of art related classes are offered for young children at Art Beast. Infants can enjoy the Baby and Me Music and Art class. Here you and your little one can enjoy songs, books, stories and finger painting together. Older kids from 4-7 will surely get a kick out of Messy Science. Here they will take command of simple experiements that are super fun. Best of all they learn something too!
- Art Beast offer drop off times called Club Beast for children between the ages of 3 and 7. You can leave your child in and have some hours of peace to yourself while they play with their artistic side! These times are offered from 10:00 to 12:30 on Mondays and from 9:00 to 11:30 on Wednesdays.
Art Beast Insider Tips
- On the second Saturday of every month the many galleries, including Art Beast and local businesses throughout Sacramento stage an Art Walk. On the walk you can dig into some fine food and wine, enjoy the works of local artists and soak up the atmosphere of this city's wonderful cultural outlets.
