Basilica of St. Josaphat is a beautiful historic church and a landmark, the church was built in 1901 by the Polish immigrants. The historic church is located in the Lincoln village of Milwaukee. The Basilica was named after Polish saint Josaphat. Building has a visitor center that is open Monday through Saturday and helps in guiding the tourists through the process of tours. The visitor center features exhibits sharing the history of Basilica. The church has a Roman architecture, formal and guided tours of the Basilica are held every Sunday.

  • St. Josaphat was named Basilica in 1929, the title is given to few very beautiful and historically important churches.
