Activity Overview
The Billie Swamp Safari is located on Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in Clewiston, Florida. It offers families the chance to explore 2,200 acres of wild Florida everglades. Airboat rides, swamp buggy tours, venomous snake and swamp critter shows and bird and reptile exhibits are all available on site.

- Experience real Florida swamps on the airboat ride that takes along the "River of Grass". These everglades have been immaculately preserved by the Seminole Tribe. This incredible habitat is home to a whole range of wildlife and during your Airboat ride you're likely to see fish, snakes, alligators and turtles amongst other swamp dwellers.
- Learn about this unique eco-system and the history of the Seminole tribe first hand on a Swamp Buggy Eco-Tour that will take you through the swamp over land and water giving you the chance to see even more animals from deer and antelope to ostriches and bison.
Billie Swamp Safari Insider Tips
- Active Military personnel are allowed entrance to Billie Swamp Safari for free while their families receive 50% off. Just remember to bring your military ID!
- Bear in mind that kids under the age of 4 are not allowed on the swamp airboat ride.
- No pets are allowed in the park.
- Bad weather can affect the whether or not the tours go ahead so be sure to check out the forecast before making the trip!
- Their only closed on Christmas Day but have early closing times on Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving Day..
