Activity Overview
The Blue Man Group Sharp Aquos Theatre is the Orlando residency of the famous Blue Man Group. They hold shows everyday, sometimes twice a day during the weekend. The theater used to be a Nickelodeon studio, and has since been converted to become a performance theater, and located in the CityWalk area of Universal Studios a few steps away from the park entrance.
Things to Do
- Watch the show - the performers don't speak throughout the show but the special effects, props, and their actions are enough to convey the story. The performance is actually very interactive, so you will find yourself getting up from your seat during the show.
- Dine out - within CityWalk there are lots of choices for eating like Margaritaville, Emeril's Restaurant, or the Hard Rock Cafe, you can also opt to do a dine in theater experience at the AMC cinema nearby.
- Go to Universal Studios - The theater is located steps from a less crowded entrance (a known secret to locals) to the Universal Studios theme park, in fact the roller coaster Rip Ride Rockit is so close you can hear the screams and see people queued for the ride if you're outside the theater.

- You may occasionally find discounted Blue Man Group tickets at various group buying websites like LivingSocial or Groupon. You can also get discounts if you are an annual pass holder for Universal Studios Florida.
- It's actually better to spend a whole day in Universal Studios then watch the show after to make the most of the $17 parking fee that Universal charges.
- Don't read about the show in advance - it's best to go in without any expectations at all so you can have the most fun!
