Activity Overview
Create a Calming Glitter Bottle at home today. My kids have always been mesmerized by snow globes but I was always concerned with allowing the littlest ones to play freely with snow globes because I was worried that they would get dropped and break. It happened before at our house and it was quite a mess to clean up.
We had great success with this awesome sensory craft made from a repurposed water bottle. After you add the ingredients, i recommend gluing the top on to secure it in place. When you shake the bottle, the glitter mixes up all over and then settles slowly, which is very relaxing to watch. Children and adults alike will enjoy the calming and soothing bottle which helps to ease anxiety and temper tantrums.
