The Capron Park Zoo is a small park with plenty of animals to see. The river otters offer plenty of entertainment with their tricks and performances that they seem to do endlessly! A great place to bring the entire family.

As you walk the paths through the zoo you will encounter African Lions, llamas, goats, sloth bears, snow leopards, binturang, snakes, fox, birds, kangaroos, emu and countless other animals.
For the summer they set up a 'mist tent' for the kids to run through and play in to cool off.
Splashpad Playspace - This fun and exciting zero-depth water playground is sure to thrill children of all ages. Be sure to bring a bathing suit and towel for the maximum fun factor!
Also available around the outside of the zoo is a beautiful park with a large playground area for the kids!
Capron Park Zoo Insider Tips
- It is a relatively small zoo, but it is perfect for younger children. Even with its small size there is still plenty to see.
- A snack stand is available for hot dogs, ice cream, popcorn and beverages. A gift shop is located in the entrance building.
- No outside food or drink admitted.
- Birthday parties and special events are available.
