Activity Overview

Turn up the family fun this winter season with a skiing weekend at the China Peak Ski Resort. The resort is located at the China Peak mountain, boasting of a steep, vertical drop of 1600 ft. There are terrain parks ideal for beginners and the more experienced ones. Accommodation options are available at The Inn and Shaver Lodging or if you're bringing an RV, there are RV spaces that you can reserve. Equipment rentals are also available in the resort. During the summer, the resort offers activities such as disc golf games, mountain biking, and scenic chair rides.

Things to Do

• Plan for a family winter getaway and bring your ski equipment with or you may also rent at the resort. Enrol the kids for snowboarding or skiing lessons. Lessons are divided depending on the kids' ages.
• Book at China Peak Inn for your room accommodations. The Inn also has a lovely and homey restaurant that serves sumptuous meals of gourmet burgers, soups, and steaks. If you prefer beautiful cabins and mountain home rentals especially for longer stays, drive 20 miles to Shaver Lodging and check out the properties for rent.
