College Park Aviation Museum
Activity OverviewSince 1998, the College Park Aviation Museum has provided a great place to learn about aviation. The site of the museum is arguably the birthplace of aviation since Wilbur Wright started training the US Army at College Park in 1909 after creating, with the help of his brother, his flying machine. The museum covers 27,000 square feet and is home to various aircraft as well as collections of aviation photography, memorabilia, and artefacts.
