Activity Overview

Open through the summer, the city of Dallas features 10 splash parks offering the perfect way for kids of all ages to cool down during the extreme heat of summer. To the delight of children of all ages, water shoots up out of the ground and streams from pipes and spouts, bubbles up from the ground or falls from waterfalls.

Splash around and cool off in the large water parks. The water is extremely shallow — no deeper than a puddle — so it's safe for kids (and adults) of all ages.

Bring a picnic and enjoy lunch or an early dinner at the picnic area.

Dallas Spray Park Insider Tips

• Dallas Spraygrounds are open annually from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, seven days a week.
