Looking for a splash pad in a nearby Park to cool down in the Summer, Forest Community Park has a cute splash pad that is open every day all Summer long. Forest Community Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was opened in 2010 and offers many recreational activities for the families. The splash pad is open March through October, the park has a large playground for kids with artificial footing. Forest Community park features walking and running trails that are spread through out the park. The park also has Tennis courts, baseball field, basketball court, dog park, picnic areas, and a fishing lake. The park is open everyday from Sunrise to Sunset.

• Families should visit the park for healthy recreational activities, enjoy walking or running on the walking and running trails located throughout 115 acres of the park.
• Children can play in the splash pad that has spray features, you can push the button to activate the splash pad.
• Kids can play in the large and colorful playground with slides, climbing structures, seating is available for parents, who want to keep a watchful eye.
• Dog owners can take their dogs to the dog park. Enjoy bank fishing at the fishing lake.
• Picnic pavilions can be rented for large groups, families can enjoy a picnic in the picnic area.
• The Tennis center is open every day, it features 11 lighted tennis courts and a tennis pro shop.
• The park also features an indoor basketball court and a baseball field.
