Activity Overview
Make adorable pom pom clothespin caterpillars with this toddler friendly craft. Children of all ages can easily assemble these cute fuzzy creatures. They can be used as a clip for school papers or cute to display as a houseplant accessory to add some whimsy to your home.
Kids will likely be drawn to make more than just one because they are so quick and easy to make. They make cute gift tags too. Squeezing clothespins in general is fantastic for enhancing fine motor skills. My kids enjoyed clipping their cozy caterpillars on the baby gates in the doorways.
