Alongside the trains there are restored depots, railroad cars and cabooses and a treasure trove of railway memorabilia which all combines to make the history come to life!

• The Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum run all manner of events throughout the year that are perfect for the family. A seriously fun day out can be had for your young ones at the day out with Thomas the Tank Engine event which includes a ride aboard the world famous Thomas himself! At Halloween the Pumpkin Patch Express you can pick pumpkins and enjoy hayrides. And get in the Christmas mood with a trip aboard the North Pole Express!
