Here's a quick, inexpensive easy party appetizer that everyone loves. Kids, adults, teens, no matter where I take them, they're always devoured and people ask for the recipe. They can't believe how simple it is to make.
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2 small 2 1/4 oz. cans of chopped black olives, drained
1 4 oz. can of chopped jalapenos, drained
8 burrito sized flour tortillas
Your favorite salsa
Mix the cream cheese, black olives and jalapenos. Spread each tortilla with the mixture and roll it up. Wrap them up in plastic or wax paper and refrigerate at least two hours. When you're ready to serve, cut each roll into 1" slices and arrange on a platter around a bowl of the salsa.
