Activity Overview
For about 30 years, KentuckyShow! has entertained and educated countless viewers with its multimedia depiction of "the people, places, sights, music and sounds of the Bluegrass State."
New Orleans native Sharon Potter moved to Kentucky after marrying and found her adopted state of to be incredibly interesting and unique, therefore, raised funds and, in 1984, debuted a production with slide projectors, showcasing the beauty of the state and its past, present and hopes for the future. Ms. Potter's production ran for many years in various theaters.
In the mid-2000's, Ms. Potter agreed to update the show with current technology and worked with a new producer, Donna Lawrence, who traveled the state accumulating more footage and additional interviews so the film is now displayed on a high definition, large screen in the Kentucky Science Center.

- Shows are 30 minutes long and take place at 1:00 p.m. each day except for Monday.
