Activity Overview

McCoy Park in Portland, OR features many amenities for the families, it has a children's play area, sports fields, splash pad, statues and more. The park was named after political leaders, Bill McCoy and Gladys McCoy. The park has a historic significance, Bill McCoy was the first African-American to be elected to the Oregon Legislature in 1973. The park displays artwork and statues with inscriptions, proverbs and quotations. It is a small park with street parking available nearby. The park has accessible for all play area and restrooms. The park is open everyday until 10PM.

  • The park is very family-friendly with play areas and a splash pad, children of all ages love to cool off and play in the splash pad during the Summers.
