The New Orleans Botanical Garden is a large nature attraction located within City Park in New Orleans. It features over 2,000 species of plants from around the world, as well as the largest stand of mature live oaks in the country and numerous attractions that enthrall visitors young and old. • Visit the Train Garden, one of the most popular attractions in the entire park. It features a beautiful scale model of New Orleans in the early 19th century, complete with a miniature train, jazz music, and buildings made from plant materials!

• Explore the Conservatory, which is home to several fascinating nature exhibits, including a cave system, a waterfall, and a tropical rainforest complete with animal displays!

• Take some time to admire the beautiful artwork that can be found throughout the garden, including several Art Deco sculptures by Mexican artist Enrique Alferez. One of the most popular sculptures depicts a woman riding atop a fish.
