The Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is an art museum that features an impressive collection of modern and contemporary art from 20th and 21st-century artists. Its collections focus on art from the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as works by local artists.

  • Use one PAMM's family guides filled with questions and fun activities (downloadable in English, Spanish, and Creole on their website) that can help make your museum visit a more exciting and educational activity for younger children.
  • Take some time to check out the architecture of the building itself - it was first opened in 2013, and is famous around the world for its beautiful design.

Pérez Art Museum Miami Insider Tips

  • Admission to the museum is free every second Saturday of the month and every first Thursday of the month, which is especially nice since it stays open late until 9 p.m. each Thursday. In addition, children under the age of 6 always get in free!
  • Parking in PAMM's garage costs $2 per hour, but there are many other nearby parking options available where you might be able to find a better price.
  • Check the calendar on the PAMM website to learn more about special events that may be taking place during your visit. These include workshops, storytime events, film screenings, art talks, and an annual ball.
