Activity Overview

For over 30 years the Salvador Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida, has paid homage to the famous Spanish surrealist painter. Here you can find the largest collection of Dalís outside of Europe with the museum featuring a collection of works from throughout the artistic life of Dalí.

There are nearly one hundred different oil paintings. In addition to the paintings, visitors can also enjoy a number of drawings by the artiss as well as photos, documents, and sculpture. The whole museum was started from a private collection after Reynolds and Eleanor Morse saw some of Dalí's work in Cleveland and knew they just had to have a few of their own. The Morses eventually became close friends with the artist and built upon their collection into the one you can see today.
