Things to Do

• The Museum is home to the Dome which they claim is the claim is the most technologically advanced digital dome theatre in the world. With a projection system that can display images in cyrstal clear high definition you will be swept away by their astronomy presentations and films on nature, science and history. Sometimes they even show popular Hollywood movies so you have the opportunity to see your favorites like never before!
• You can catch fun and interesting science demonstrations any day of the week you choose to visit. See rats play basketball, watch as rainbows are created in tubes and be amazed by the effects the coldest substance on the planet liquid nitrogen, has on a range of objects.

• If you would like to get a bit closer to the wonders of science you can volunteer to help out at the Museum. Some of these volunteer positions can be taken on by kids as young as 14 so it could be a cool opportunity for one of your children!
