Activity Overview
Just 5 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport lies the Simeone Foundation Museum, Neurosurgeon Frederick Simeone's impressive array of race cars dating from 1909 to the mid 1970's.
Dr. Simeone's award-winning collection includes over 60 rare, exceptional cars, many of which have won contests worldwide. Cars of note include a 1938 Alpha Romeo which won the Mille Miglia, a Bugatti-wininng Le Mans, and a “Hippie” Porsche 917 which contains a psychedelic paint pattern.
Visitors will learn about the history of car racing and the particular vehicles themselves, as they see the cars displayed in a mock course on which they competed.

Attend a Demo Day on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month when a presentation will be made and a car from the collection will be taken out for a spin on the back lot.
Attend a special show focused on a particular class of cars, such as Mustangs or Classic Motorcycles.
