South Park children's theater provides good quality and affordable theater to its audience. The children's theater only costs $3 each and the theater is a unique outdoor venue that creates a perfect family-friendly environment for children and their families. The children's theater was founded in 1995 and it is located in South park, Allegheny County. The children's theater in South park draws many families, and helps develop and encourage participation in performing Arts.

Things to Do

• The children's theater is performed at the outdoor venue three times a week, thrilling, entertaining, exciting, motivational and educational theater plays are created for children every season.
• The 2014 season featured plays including "Beauty is a beast", "The adventures of Rose red", musicals: "No strings attached", and "The princess and the pea".
• Adults can enjoy the main stage theater, the upcoming theater season includes musicals, Something's afoot, Swing time canteen, forever plaid and other shows.
• The shows are performed from Spring through Summer. Five children's theater shows are performed each season.
• The children's theater requires no reservation, sales of the tickets open from February.
