Sports Authority Field at Mile High or commonly known as Mile High stadium in Denver, Colorado is one of the best sports venues in Colorado. Home to NFL's Denver Broncos the stadium seats more than 76,000 fans, regarded as one of the oldest stadiums in NFL, it was built as a baseball stadium in 1948. If you can't catch a game here, you can always a take a stadium tour that is very informational and entertaining. Tours run year round but tour hours may vary seasonally. It is a good idea to reserve the stadium tours.

Things to Do

  • Watching home game at the stadium is a wonderful experience, enjoy a number of pre game activities like video boards, inflatables and face painting for kids.
  • Visit the Verizon studio on the main concourse, see a collection of helmets from all high school football teams in Colorado.
  • Take 90-minue long guided tour of the stadium, tours start from the Hall of fame, the tour is very extensive and educational.
  • See the locker rooms, Broncos entrance tunnel, go onto the filed, see the press box, the keg room and more.
  • Visit the Broncos team store for a variety of Broncos merchandise, team store is open Monday through Saturday.
  • You can obtain drinks and snacks from centerplate.
