How to Do It
- Stand in a doorway and lift your arms out to the sides so that the backs of your hands press firmly against the door jambs.
- Exert as much pressure as you can against the doorjamb and hold this position for 30 seconds.
- Quickly step out of the doorway and relax your arms and they will appear to rise up on their own.
